Il Selezione, a brand of the Elnira–Korver Alliance, has been shaping the food industry for over a century. Our headquarters are based in Monsummano Terme, Italy, supported by a network of manufacturing and processing facilities across Italy, Greece, and the Netherlands. Our central distribution warehouse in Bodegraven, the Netherlands, enables efficient storage, consolidation, and worldwide delivery of our products.
Today, we serve a truly international market, supplying over 55% of dairy products to cruise lines and ship chandlers worldwide. Our portfolio includes 79 products across 14 categories, delivered to more than 116 clients—including cruise lines, ship chandlers, HoReCa, food service, and food industry partners—across four continents.

Our Italian hard cheeses are produced in Italy using 100% Italian milk, 100% milk fat, and natural ingredients, crafted in our own facilities according to traditional Italian methods.

Our production and processing facilities are strategically located in Italy, Greece, and the Netherlands, where a significant portion of our range is crafted with care. Finished products are then stored at our central distribution hub in Bodegraven, Netherlands. From this location, we efficiently consolidate multiple product categories into a single shipment, offering our clients streamlined logistics and flexible delivery solutions.
