Our Italian soft cheeses are crafted using 100% milk, 100% milk fat, and only natural ingredients—produced in our facilities across Greece and the Netherlands following authentic Italian traditions.

The range is available in a variety of formats, including Bocconcino, Burrata, Filone, Julienne, Taglio Napoli, and Cubettata, made from either cow’s or buffalo milk. Each product is carefully packed under modified atmosphere conditions, ensuring freshness and quality while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
